Hire directly after 12 months
We allow direct hires of certain engineers after 12 months so you can retain key talent — most agencies' non-solicitation clauses make that impossible.
Your engineers stay yours
We will never relocate your engineers to other projects without your permission — unlike agencies that quietly move their best people to more profitable accounts.
No seniority games
With a flat margin we have zero incentive to misrepresent seniority or push promotions to raise rates. What you see is what the engineer actually is.
